Average home price was $819,378 compared with $872,413 a year ago, a 6.1% price drop. It took on average 69 days to sell a house - 25 days longer than in July 7. Total of 58 hes sold compared with 86hat sold a year ago and compared to 64 sold in June '08.
Highest priced home sold for $1,820,000 while the lowest one sold at $449,500.

June 2008 Redondo Beach homes sales
Average home price was $742,820 compared with $839,614 a year ago, a 11.53% price drop. It took on average 69 days to sell a house - 24 days longer than in June '07. Total of 64 homes sold compared with 90 that sold a year ago and compared to 82 sold in May'08.
Highest priced home sold for $1,351,000 while the lowest one sold at $420,000.

Average home price was $794,569 compared with $876,801 a year ago, a 10.3% price drop. It took on average 64 days to sell a house - 19 days longer than in May '07. Total of 82 homes sold compared with 89 that sold a year ago and compared to 72 sold in April'08.
